DOES MY COMPUTER BREAK DOWN EVERY FUCKING WEEK!? What the hell! Its such a peice of shitttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt! argh, its so annoying. Wtf is the point of a virus anyway? SERIOUSLY!! The wankers who make them like dont even get to see how pissed off I am, so whats the point of them pissing me off!
Usually I can fix the peice of crap when it breaks down on account of googling the question into my handy dandy laptop. But its soooo beyond broken! Arrghhh, even if I did want to take it the shop, I WANTED TO USE IT RIGHT NOW. I havent been able to art in ages! I have aaalll night free FINALLY and it fucks up.

Draganizing Attempt

Something I've always been curious about, come read!

I have been an envious fan of the photographer Andrzej Dragan for quite a while and have always particularly admired his photoshop 'draganizing' effect. Initially I found a tutorial for the effect in a magazine at my work a couple of years ago and fell in love. I attempted it and failed hardcore, but still I love the effect.

I find it very emotive. It brings out the gritty and grunge and all the beautiful lines that make up a face. It almost looks like a flawless drawing, which is probably why I like it so much lol :)

It wasnt until recently I decided to start searching some tutorials, the problem is that a definite procedure doesnt exist and each image's outcome really depends on different factors that you at the time have to determine, so the best a tutorial can really do is cover the basics and give you an understanding. So that being said I didnt exactly follow ONE tutorial and am able to link you up. I actually spent a bit of time researching the Andrzej, checking out tutorials and reading peoples experiences. Then came the trial and error stage, haha. Anyway, long story short, I am somewhat happy with the outcome of this photo. I used a photo of Robert - only cause GQ photoshoots are always amazing. Um, In the progression you can see the B+W version and the somewhat sepia version.

It took me about an hour and a bit to acheive the image below. Im really interested in thoughts on this as its a pretty interesting subject for me. So let me know what you think!

Yay for New Moon Trailer goodness! I made some animations, and thought I might as well add the couple I made of twilight a few months ago while I'm at it. Obviously might take a while to load, please credit if you use them. I wont exactly hunt you down if you dont but it would make my heart warm if you do:)

Sooooooooooooooo I havent used Livejournal in like foreverrrrr but I recently read Book one of The Mortal Instruments series and thought it had some of the best quotes lol. I've never made quote icons before so be gentle :)
